職位:薪酬福利助理 Payroll Specialist I & II
工作職責:
· 建立并維護客戶標準操作流程
Set up and maintain the client Standard Operation Process
· 嚴格按照SOP和要求文件對月工資處理,社保管理,個人所得稅申報和其他人力資源日常活動進行質量控制,有效解決問題
Conduct quality control and trouble shooting on the monthly payroll processing, mandatory benefits administration, individual income tax declaration and other HR daily activities strictly based on the SOP and requirements documents
· 通過與客戶方就數據收集,數據更正和日常運營需求進行溝通,保持良好的客戶關系
Maintain good client relationship by interacting with client counterpart regarding data collection, data correction and day-to-day operational needs
· 處理員工咨詢
Handle employee inquiry
· 協助客戶要求變更定義和系統測試
Assist in client requirements change definition and system testing
· 協助項目規劃,實施和過程控制和改進,以及操作資源管理
Assist in project planning, implementation and on-going process control and improvement, and operation resource management.
任職資格:
· 大學學歷
University degree
· 至少1年相關的C&B工作經驗
At least 1 year relevant C&B working experience
· 良好的中英文溝通能力
Good communication skills both in Chinese and English
· 優秀的PC技能,尤其是excel
Excellent PC skills especially in excel
· 風險控制意識和長期客戶關系管理
Sense of risk control and long-term client relationship management
· 耐心和邏輯思維
Nice, smart, patient and logical thinking
