Processing sales documents and issue invoice, account receivable reconcile. 3.4. Maintaining the company's accounting books in compliance with the requirements of the Chinese Accounting Act and related regulations 3.5. Performing account reconciliations 3.6. Reconciling business trip expenses 3.7. Registering and booking fixed assets 3.8. Supporting the preparation of financial statements, tax declarations, and other legally required reports (e.g., for the NBS, China Social Security Administration, etc.) 3.9. Ensuring proper maintenance, storage, and archiving of accounting documentation 3.10. Keeping the company's accounting books in compliance with the requirements of the Chinese Accounting Act and related regulations 3.11.
