任職要求： 1. 學歷要求：碩士（優秀者可放寬至本科） 2. 專業要求：新聞、傳媒或市場營銷等相關專業 3. 工作技能： （1）具有扎實的中英文寫作功底，表達清晰，文筆流暢； （2）熟悉官網、微信公眾號、抖音、視頻號、小紅書等運營生態，熟練使用微信公眾號排版編輯器； （3）具備日常新聞（會務、活動、風景等）照片拍攝技能； （4）能使用如PS、PR、剪映等設計與視頻剪輯軟件； （5）能夠快速產出活動方案，并能夠推動活動落地執行，擅長數據分析和挖掘，通過活動數據復盤，不斷優化活動形式，提升活動效果； （6）具有全局意識和較強的執行力，注重細節，有良好的溝通能力與團隊精神。 此崗位需要英文面試+筆試。請隨簡歷提供個人作品集（個人文章、新聞報道、新媒體作品等）。 1. Competency in capturing high-quality photographs for daily news. 5. Familiarity with design and video editing software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and others for cutting and editing purposes. 6. Ability to quickly develop event programmes and effectively promote and implement activities on-site. Skilled in data analysis to continually refine event formats and enhance outcomes. 7. An open mindset with strong execution skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication capabilities, and a team-oriented approach.
