QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED職位要求: · Bachelor’s degree or above, major in packaging, logistics, IE, supply chain management or other related subjects is preferred. 要求大學本科及以上學歷，主修包裝、物流、IE、供應鏈管理或其他相關的科目者優先； · Knowledge of logistics and material handling in auto component manufacturing company. 具備在汽車部件制造公司的物流和物料搬運的知識； · Minimum 2 years of working experiences in packaging designing and management, someone who worked in foreign corporations or joint ventures is preferred. 至少2年的包裝設計和管理的工作經驗，在外資、合資汽車企業有同類工作經驗者優先； · Good knowledge in packaging designing and packaging material choosing, significant experience in ergonomic, lean production and inventory control is preferred. 精通工業產品的包裝設計以及各類包裝材料的應用，具備人機工程，精益生產和庫存控制經驗的人優先； · Proficient in office software, and CAD, UG/Catia drawing software. 熟練操作Office辦公軟件，以及CAD、UG/Catia繪圖軟件； · Be familiar with manufacturing operation Quality system requirement in Auto components field, including TS16949, 5S and ISO14001 etc. 要求在汽車零部件領域，熟悉工廠操作的質量體系，包括TS16949、ISO14001和5S等； · Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. 具備創造性和分析性的工作能力； · Hard working and good communication and coordination skills. 能努力工作，具備良好的溝通及協調能力； · Ability and readiness to work under pressure. 具備有能力及樂于在壓力下工作； · Good language skills in English, both written and spoken. 英語口語流利，有較好讀寫能力。 RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS 職位描述: · Establish and maintain PFEP, draw up relevant TS files. 負責建立和維護PFEP，編制相關體系文件； · Make layout for warehouse and production field in order to optimizing logistics handling, material flow, work efficiency of logistics. 規劃倉庫和現場的布局，使物料的搬運、物料路線、工作效率的最優化； · Update the layout of whole plant(using CAD software). 負責整個工廠的布局更新（使用CAD軟件）； · Solve on site logistics distribution and layout problems in time. 及時解決現場的物流配送和規劃的相關問題； · Drawing up packaging standard and TS files of Hefei Cosma. 制定公司的包裝標準和相關體系文件； · Packaging designing for new program and process, make it meet the requirements of timing and others. 新項目和過程件的包裝設計，滿足新項目的時間節點和其他要求； · Approval the package solutions of outsourcing supplier, make their meet the requirements of material transporting and storage. 供應商的包裝方案審核，滿足搬運和儲存要求； · Developing and optimizing packaging solutions continuously in order to reduce the transportation and packaging cost. 包裝的持續改善，以降低包裝和運輸成本； · Solving on site packaging problems in time. 現場包裝問題的及時解決。 SAFETY PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS 安全要求: · Comply with the company's regulations, the individual is responsible for safe work and safe production. 遵守公司的規定，個人有責任進行安全工作和安全生產； · Keep the environment of the personal work area clean and tidy. 保持個人工作區域的環境整潔。
