Position Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our internal finance team. This position will support all internal accounting functions, manage day-to-day financial operations, and coordinate with our external finance consultancy for tax-related filings. Key Responsibilities 1.Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements 2.Manage accounts payable and receivable Handle payroll processing and staff reimbursements 3.Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash 4.Assist with internal budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control Coordinate with the external finance consultancy for VAT and tax declarations 5.Support documentation for audits and internal reviews 6.Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Requirements： Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 1 year of accounting experience (real estate experience is a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software. Compliance High attention to detail, organized, and responsible Fluent in English;
