Strong product management background. 扎實的產品管理背景 4.Have rich experience and theoretical knowledge in in-car speech design. 擁有豐富的車載語音設計經驗及理論知識 Responsibilities: - You will implement/maintain speech function on vehicles 負責車載語音功能的實現與維護 - You will contact with business departments to collect product requirements，experience, data analysis and competitive product analysis, participating in requirements review 對接業務部門，收集產品需求，進行數據分析及競品分析，并參與需求評審 - You will write product requirements documents, formulate acceptance criteria，and explain clear functional requirements to the design/development/test teams 撰寫產品需求文檔（PRD），制定驗收標準，并向設計/開發/測試團隊清晰闡述功能需求 - You will communicate effectively with the Scrum team to ensure that the results meet the requirements and delivery on time with quality 與Scrum團隊高效溝通，確保交付成果符合要求，并按時保質完成 - You will manage the product life cycle, formulate iteration plans and adjust plans in a timely manner according to market changes 管理產品生命周期，制定迭代計劃，并根據市場變化及時調整 - You will analyze user data and behavior habits, result-oriented, and data-driven product update iterations 分析用戶數據及行為習慣，以結果為導向，通過數據驅動產品迭代更新 Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or above, with software product manager or project manager experience. 本科及以上學歷，具備軟件產品經理或項目經理經驗 -Good English reading and writing skills. 良好的英語讀寫能力 - In-depth understanding of speech technologies, with extensive experience particularly in ASR, NLU and NLG. Work experience in automotive industry is preferred 深入了解語音技術，特別ASR、NLU、NLG等方面有豐富的經驗，有汽車行業工作經驗者優先 - Good document writing ability, logical thinking ability and language expression ability, have a comprehensive understanding of business process and system implementation 優秀的文檔撰寫能力、邏輯思維能力及語言表達能力，熟悉業務流程及系統實現 - Be proactive, passion in work and faster learner, have good communication and coordination skills, have the ability to resist pressure, and calmly deal with stressful environments 積極主動，對工作充滿熱情，學習能力強，具備良好的溝通協調能力，抗壓能力強，能冷靜應對高壓環境
