1.跟進工廠的整柜及散貨訂艙
2.通知工廠安排散貨貨物進倉以及處理進倉過程中出現的意外情況。
3.跟進散貨的裝箱計劃,并和倉庫及時溝通裝柜情況。
4.整柜貨物的安排 /船公司訂艙確認發放等操作
5.船公司訂艙管理相關業務 (例如訂艙提交/修改/異常處理等)
6.緊密關注客人客人審批的信息更新情況,滿足客人的績效要求。
7.根據實際業務的需求,相應的任務會有調整。
8.日常電話和郵件的跟進
9.數據錄入,數據收集,報表制作,接聽電話
10.outlook 日常郵件跟進, 客戶電話接聽;
11.處理船舶以及貨物應急相關任務
12.對外撥打電話服務:公司推廣業務類型,包括推廣公司網站使用,公司新的產品,客戶滿意度調查等等項目

14.客戶貨物安排與船公司訂艙管理等相關業務
崗位要求
1.大專及以上學歷(學信網可查);
2.物流航運相關專業優先;
3.過往有航運物流經驗優先;
4.CET4及以上,需具備基礎讀寫能力;
5.溝通表達及團隊協作能力強。
上班時間:朝九晚六,周末雙休

Job responsibilities
1. Follow up on full container and bulk cargo booking at the factory
2. Notify the factory to arrange the entry of bulk cargo into the warehouse and handle any unexpected situations that may occur during the entry process.
3. Follow up on the packing plan for bulk cargo and communicate with the warehouse in a timely manner about the loading situation.
4. Arrangement of full container cargo/confirmation and distribution of booking by shipping company, etc
5. Shipping company booking management related business (such as booking submission/modification/exception handling, etc.)
6. Pay close attention to the updates of information approved by guests and meet their performance requirements.
7. According to the actual business needs, corresponding tasks may be adjusted.
8. Follow up on daily phone calls and emails
9. Data entry, data collection, report production, and answering phone calls
10. Outlook daily email follow-up, customer phone answering;
11. Handle emergency tasks related to ships and cargo
12. External call service: The company promotes business types, including promoting the use of the company's website, new products, customer satisfaction surveys, and other projects
