Tackle complex and technically demanding tasks in your area of expertise. You'll identify and resolve technical or scheduling issues, escalating complex problems when needed. You'll also provide expert advice and support to your team, perform maintenance on tools and equipment, collaborate with site leads and colleagues to meet customer needs, and ensure all documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time How You’ll Make an Impact：

• Performs complex and technically demanding work within area of technical expert
• Effectively identifies technical or schedule problems as they occur and takes appropriate actions to resolve including escalation of more complex issues to a higher level
• Provides expert advice and technical assistance to support staff and subordinate
• Performs complex maintenance on tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Works closely with site leads, supervisors, and fellow employees and assist them in meeting customer needs.
• Performs day to day activities as part of a team or as a stand-alone fun
• Provides all required documentation and reports in a timely manner and according to procedure.

What You Bring：

• EHS knowhow Quality Sens
• Good command of English speaking
• Major in Engineering, Automation and etc. Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English
• Basic knowledge on materials, especially with degradation. Basic knowledge on manufacturing- and repair technologies
• Experience in international working environment is a must. International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing in an international environment. Having worked in a different country is a plus.
