1.電氣或機械工程等學士學位

2.供應商質量管理至少2年的經驗

3.熟練使用（5W分析，8D報告，FMEA（FMEA（FMEA）（FMEA）和統計工具。

4.熟悉ISO9000，ISO14000，ISO45001，最好有審核員資格。

5.英語聽說讀寫流利。

6.機械零件或半導體行業經驗首選。

1.Drive quality improvement at supplier end 2.Drive supplier to resolve quality issues, SCAR closure and handle assigned tasks； 3.Support production timely with regard to material issues 4.Work with PE to do failure analysis and resolve material related quality issues 5.Work with sourcing to evaluate and qualify new suppliers, review quality performance of QBR； 6.Ensure supplier quality performance , including the adaptability, stability and effectiveness. 7.Conducting quality audit of existing suppliers according to the supplier audit program. 8.Be responsible for material FAIR （First Article Inspection Report）； 9.Be responsible for incoming inspection criteria and sampling plan； guide and train inspectors； 10.Review and approve relevant change requests from suppliers 11.Assume other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.
