Under the supervision of a BCBA and DECLAN’s secondary supervisors, execute comprehensive assessment reports, and create treatment and teaching plans. 3. Provide professional training for children with special needs (e.g., autism, developmental delays), delivering tailored sessions, including social training, language development, individual instruction, and play sessions. Services offered include shadow teaching, in-person individual sessions, and group sessions. 4. Document treatment records, compile progress reports, and provide timely feedback to supervisors and parents in written form. 5. Review treatment progress regularly and adjust treatment goals as needed in collaboration with parents. 6. Offer consultations and workshops for parents, working closely with family members to address behavioral and pathological factors affecting treatment outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1.
