其它資質條件、行業背景、工作經驗要求 Skills and experience requirements： 1、本科以上學歷，化學工程或材料科學與工程相關專業； 2、三年以上工藝工程師經驗，具備現場改善的相關能力。 3、熟悉色差學，具備比色，對色能力，； 4、如有相關工作經驗，曾從事以下行業者優先 ： 1） 鋁合金表面處理（清洗和化學鈍化/陽極氧化/絲網印刷/油漆等）；2）不銹鋼或鋁合金的化學蝕刻；3）電泳涂層；4） 涂料或油墨的研發和制造；5）數碼印刷等 5、熟悉金屬材料表面處理行業及廢水處理工藝。 6、有汽車行業相關工作經驗，熟悉TS16949體系。 主要職責描述 Main job description： a. Study and understand existing coating and printing systems. 研究現有系統：研究和了解現有的涂布和印刷系統。 b. Work together with suppliers on a high technical communication level to develop improvement potentials. 與供應商合作：在高技術溝通層面上與供應商合作，發掘改進潛力。 c. Add own ideas on how to improve the systems (formula + application). 提出創新：提出自己的想法來改進系統（包括配方和應用）。 d. Identify new suppliers worldwide. 尋找供應商：在全球范圍內尋找新的供應商。 e. Verify ideas with hand trials, measurements, preliminary tests. 驗證想法：通過手工試驗、測量、初步測試來驗證想法。 f. Work together with application technicians to verify developments at prototype and series production machines. 與團隊合作：與應用技術人員合作，在原型和批量生產設備上驗證開發成果。 g. Define process parameters (e.g., coating and curing conditions) for new and existing coating machines. 定義工藝參數：為新舊涂布設備定義工藝參數（如涂層和固化條件）。
