崗位職責:
1.負責尼龍再生纖維研發團隊的建設,包括人員配置、培訓和職業發展,帶領研發團隊完成項目目標。
Responsible for the construction of the nylon recycled fiber R&D team, including staffing, training and career development, and lead the R&D team to achieve the project goals.
2.負責尼龍再生纖維研發整體規劃,開發及驗證新技術及工藝的可行性,制定切實可行的技術方案并監督實施。
Responsible for the overall planning of nylon recycled fiber research and development, development and verification of the feasibility of new technologies and processes, formulation of practical technical solutions and supervision of implementation.
3.從技術角度支持尋找原料(廢舊PA6)并解決復雜的生產問題,為項目生產線提供支持。
Support for project production lines from a technical point of view by supporting the search for raw materials (waste PA6) and solving complex production problems.
4.走訪目標市場的客戶,進行深入的市場調研和需求分析,準確理解和捕捉客戶的需求,將需求轉化為具體的技術指標和規格要求。
Visit customers in the target market, conduct in-depth market research and demand analysis, accurately understand and capture customer needs, and translate needs into specific technical indicators and specifications.
5.溝通集團國內外原料、研發、市場等團隊,進行項目國內外技術溝通及問題協調。

1. 具備較強的領導能力,與不同部門、層級的人員溝通,帶領團隊高效完成工作;
