主要職責TASKS OR MISSIONS : -按照無損檢測III級經理的要求，負責上下游工廠的無損檢測相關工作。 -Be responsible for the related NDT work of upstream and downstream plant according to the requirement of NDT Level III manager. 1. 基本職責Essential - 學習并掌握公司相關的超聲、漏磁、磁粉檢測工藝。 Learn and master processes of the related UT, EMI and MPI inspection. - 負責對無損檢測設備進行工藝巡檢。 Be responsible for the process check of NDT equipment. - 根據無損檢測III級經理的要求對無損檢測設備的工藝參數設置進行管控，并依據瓦盧瑞克無損檢測標準作業程序指導無損檢測操作工進行正確的設置。 Supervise the process parameter settings of UT equipment according to the request of NDT Level III manager and instruct NDT operators to do correct settings in line with Vallourec NDT SOPs. - 負責無損檢測設備的相關工藝測試。 Be responsible for the related process tests of NDT equipment. - 支持無損檢測維護團隊進行設備維護活動。 Be responsible for supporting NDT maintenance team to perform equipment maintenance activities. - 負責無損檢測III級經理指派的無損檢測項目。 Be responsible for NDT projects assigned by NDT Level III manager. - 負責支持無損檢測工藝委員會和東半球首席無損檢測專家在天大工廠開展的相關無損檢測工作。 Be responsible for supporting the related NDT work carried by NDT Process Community (PC-NDT) and East Hemisphere Chief NDT Expert. - 協助無損檢測III級經理準備NDT審核的相關工作。 Be responsible for assisting NDT Level III manager to prepare the related work of NDT audits. - 協助無損檢測三級經理培訓無損檢測操作工。 Assist NDT Level III manager in trainings for NDT operators. - 參加公司要求的無損檢測培訓并取證。 Attend the NDT trainings requested by the company and achieve certificates. - 公司安排的其他質量及無損探傷相關工作。 Other quality and NDT related work assigned by the company. 2. 環境安全職責Environmental & Safety - 積極參加公司組織的安全學習和活動Participate the safety study and safety activities organized by the company - 遵守瓦盧瑞克的安全環境規則Follow the safety and environmental rules of Vallourec. - 積極促進本部門及無損探傷工位的安全狀況的提高與改善. Actively promote the safety improvement of the department and NDT positions. - 在工作中遵守5S規則Follow the 5S rules - 完成公司要求的安全訪問及現場安全巡查Complete the safety visit and site inspection required by the company 3. 能力資質要求Competence &Qualifications Requirements: 1）教育背景Education: 本科及以上學歷。材料成型、機械、電氣相關專業。Undergraduate, material forming, mechanical and electrical related majors. 2) 經驗 Experience: 工作經驗無特別要求, 但1年左右工作經驗最佳 No special requirement for work experience, but one-year work experience is preferred. 3) 知識及培訓要求Knowledge & Training：機電或材料成型相關知識儲備，熟悉超聲、漏磁、磁粉檢測最佳。熟練使用 OFFICE軟件，數據分析熟練應用尤佳。公司會提供工作相關的知識培訓，包括1年左右的國外工作相關培訓。Knowledge of mechanical, electrical or material forming, be familiar with UT, EMI, MPI inspection is preferred. Be familiar with MS Office, familiar with data analysis. The company will provide job-related knowledge training, including about 1 year of overseas job-related training. 4) 語言要求Language requirement：良好的英語聽、說、寫。Good English listening, speaking and writing. 5) 能力及技能要求Competence & Skill requirement：材料成型和物理背景，了解鋼鐵材料的成型方式（軋制、鑄造、焊接等）。Material forming and physics background. Know the forming method of steel material (rolling, casting, welding etc.). 6)其他要求Soft skills: 具有團隊精神，有良好的溝通與協作能力，工作認真積極主動，責任心強，勇于承擔挑戰性的工作。Have team spirit, good communication and collaboration skills, work seriously and proactively, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have the courage to undertake challenging work.
