基本職責Essentia - 制定并持續優化工藝文件和作業指導書，并根據公司規則（質量保證，…）獲得批準Develop and continuously optimize process document and work instruction, and obtain approval from related department. - 評估流程、進行/改進測量并解釋數據，以發現需要改進的領域（統計過程控制、統計學...）Evaluate processes, conduct/improve measurements and interpret data to identify areas for improvement (statistical process control, statistics...) - 在確保符合安全和質量標準的同時，進行工藝測試，更新系統/流程和程序Conduct process tests and update systems/processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards - 發展最佳實踐、日常活動和創新解決方案，提高生產率、產出質量和降低成本Develop best practices, day-to-day activities and innovative solutions to improve productivity, quality of output and reduce costs - 參與日常的熱軋質量問題分析處理，持續優化工藝Participate in the daily analysis and treatment of hot rolling quality problems, and continue to optimize the process - 與瓦盧瑞克工藝協會聯系，跟蹤行動計劃Responsible for communication with Vallourec process community, and follow-up the PC’s action plan - 參與技術中心領導的產品工業化計劃Participate the industrialization projects leading by technical centre - 跟蹤并分析工具及工藝耗材的使用情況，設計工藝裝備并負責工藝工裝的驗證和改進工作，通過不斷優化或改進工具來提高成品質量并降低生產成本Track and analyze the usage of tools and process consumables, design and be responsible for the validation and improvement of process tooling, improve the quality and reduce production costs through continuous optimization or improvement of tools - 協助人力資源部搞好和軋制工藝相關的技術教育及培訓Assist HR department in technical education and training related to rolling process - 領導每月的工藝紀律檢查，糾正和預防因偏離工藝而導致的生產和質量問題lead monthly process discipline inspection，correct and prevent production and quality problems caused by deviations from the process - 參與年度熱軋設備中心線校準，并收集分析數據，持續優化作業指導書Organize the annual center line alignment of hot rolling equipment，collect and analysis data, continuously optimize the work instructions - 參與年度的熱循環測試，并根據測試結果持續優化加熱工藝Participate in the annual thermal cycle test and continuously optimize the heating process according to the test results - 上級交代的其它任務 Other responsibilities assigned by superior 環境安全職責Environmental & Safety - 積極參加公司組織的安全學習和活動Participant the safety study and safety activities which organized by the company - 遵守瓦盧瑞克的安全環境規則Follow the safety and environmental rules of Vallourec - 積極促進本部門的安全狀況的提高與改善Play an active role in improving the safety situation in your department. - 在工作中遵守5S規則Follow the 5S rules - 根據工作分工，承擔自身的安全職責 As per individual work, undertake the personal safety essentials 能力資質要求Competence &Qualifications Requirements: 1）教育背景Education: 本科文憑及以上學歷，金屬材料/機械類專業。Bachelor's degree , major in Metal material science/Mechanical related 2）經驗 Experience: 無工作經驗要求 No requirement for work experience. 3）知識及培訓要求Knowledge & Training: 熟練使用 OFFICE軟件，數據分析熟練應用尤佳。Be familiar with MS Office, familiar with data analysis 公司會提供工作相關的知識培訓，包括1年左右的國外工作相關培訓。The company will provide job-related knowledge training, including about 1 year of overseas job-related training. 4）語言要求Language requirement： 良好的英語聽、說、寫。Good English listening, speaking and writing. 5）能力及技能要求Competence & Skill requirement： 對所從事的行業有了解 Has the knowledge of this industry 良好的溝通能力 Good communication skills 責任心強，勇于承擔挑戰性的工作Sense of responsibility, dares to undertake the challenging work 6）其他 Soft Skills: 專業 敬業 務實 高效 Professional, devote to work, Pragmatic, high efficient
