Responsibility:
? Support talent acquisition operations by by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
? Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status in HRIS.
? Assist with training and development initiatives.
? Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc).
? Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
? Provide support on global visit coordination.
? Collaborate with management to improve HR processes and procedures
? Other assigned tasks.
Expertise:
? Workable English is required.
? Familiar with MS-Office
Professional Competencies
? Good understanding of the employment life circle and full recruitment process.
? Knowledge of labor legislation.
