Co-work with PQM to deal customer complaint .promote in plant process improvement and standardization promotion 11.主導日常品質問題檢討，運用MIL系統跟蹤問題閉環跟蹤，完善過程品質異常處理機制。 11.Lead the review of daily quality problems, use the MIL system to track problems in a closed-loop track, and improve the process quality anomaly handling mechanism. 12.識別制程關鍵品質并建立控制計劃，推動關鍵崗位人員機制建立。 12.Identify the key qualities of the process and establish a control plan, and promote the establishment of a personnel mechanism for key positions. 13.完成主管安排的其他工作。 13.Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 要求： 1.本科及以上學歷，理工科相關專業優先；經驗豐富的可放寬學歷。 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering is preferred; Experienced experience can relax academic qualifications. 2. 3年以上FPC或SMT工藝或質量控制經驗。 2. More than 3 years experience in PCB or FPC process or quality control. 3. 熟悉質量工具，6 Sigma, RoHS指令，IPC-6013/610, 8d, MSA, ISO9001,IATF 16949 等。 3. Familiar with Quality tools, 6 Sigma, RoHS Directive, IPC-6013/610, 8 D, MSA, and ISO9001/IATF 16949 etc. 4.具有良好的英語聽說讀寫能力及計算機技能:熟悉Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint。 4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and computer skills: familiar with Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint. 5.具有良好的團隊合作精神及溝通能力；為人誠實、細心、認真、勤奮、敬業、有責任心、抗壓能力強。 5.
