General Function崗位要求
? Develop, model and detail new designs and existing products in conformance to customer specifications and corporate manufacturing capabilities. 根據客戶規格和公司制造能力，開發、建模和詳細說明新設計和現有產品。
? Can independently evaluate, select, and apply standard design and drafting techniques. Receives instruction on specific assignment objectives and possible solutions. Responsible for the design, development, testing and validation of Means engineered products. Performs routine engineering work using standard techniques and procedures. 負責設計、開發、測試和驗證 Means 工程產品。 使用標準技術和程序執行常規工程工作。
Duties and Responsibilities職責和責任
? Designs components and assemblies using 2D and 3D CAD software. 使用二維和三維 CAD 軟件設計組件和裝配。
? Develop design concepts including assembly and component drawings from customer supplied information and/or internal generated engineering data. 根據客戶提供的信息和/或內部生成的工程數據，開發設計概念，包括裝配和組件圖紙。
? Able to independently generate concepts and lead other engineers in the completion of the design drawing package. 能夠獨立生成概念并領導下屬完成設計圖紙包。
? Prepares concept design and packaging studies. 準備概念設計和包裝研究。
? Interfaces with multiple engineering departments and customer engineering as required. 根據需要與多個工程部門和客戶工程部門進行溝通。

? Prepares documentation for design reviews. 準備設計審查文件。
? Maintain CAD system and files. 維護 CAD 系統和文件。

? Verify that designs meet all customer specifications and requirements through analysis and testing. 通過分析和測試，驗證設計符合所有客戶規格和要求。
? Represent the Company, as a customer and supplier technical liaison. Actively participate with a team in determining root cause and resolution for any product concerns, internal, with customer, or with supplier. 代表公司與客戶和供應商進行技術聯絡。 積極參與團隊工作，確定內部、客戶或供應商對任何產品問題的根本原因和解決方案。
? Support the company quality and manufacturing teams, as appropriate. 酌情為公司質量和制造團隊提供支持。

Knowledge and Skills知識和技能
? Possess the basic knowledge of ICE and/or EV driveline systems preferred. Ability to quickly comprehend new systems. 掌握內燃機和/或電動汽車傳動系統的基本知識者優先。能夠快速理解新系統。
? Work with 3D CAD software: NX, Catia, Solidworks or Creo. Creo preferred. 使用 3D CAD 軟件： NX、Catia、Solidworks 或 Creo。 首選 Creo 。
? Understand and apply GD&T. 了解并應用幾何尺寸和公差(GD&T)。
? Check models and drawings as required to ensure compliance to standards 按要求檢查模型和圖紙，確保符合標準
? Basic knowledge of manufacturing principles 掌握制造原理的基本知識
? Skilled verbal and written communicator with customers, suppliers, teammates, and others. 熟練掌握與客戶、供應商、隊友及其他人員的口頭和書面溝通技巧。
? Be able to communicate in English. 能用英語進行交流。
Education教育背景
? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred. 工程學學士學位優先。
? 2 years experience in Product Design and 1year using Creo is preferred. 有 2 年產品設計經驗和 1 年 Creo 使用經驗者優先考慮
