職位描述

生產計劃管理質量管理
崗位職責:
1、根據 PMC 生產計劃，合理安排布置機臺/生產線作業，保證按質，按量，按計劃按工序組織生產；
1.Organize and allocate machines/production lines according to PMC schedules to ensure quality production output meets planned quantities and processes;
2、負責生產的人員、設備、材料的組織、調度、指揮，對生產過程出現的問題及時協調，異常及時上報；
2. Manage workforce allocation, equipment deployment and material distribution for production operations, promptly coordinating issues and escalating abnormalities;
3、主導車間成本管控，良率提升、效率提升、降低損耗計劃，按照制定KPI完成各項指標；
3. Lead workshop cost control initiatives including yield improvement, efficiency enhancement and waste reduction to achieve KPIs;
4、建立和執行現場管理制度，推進7S現場管理制度；
4. Establish and enforce on-site management systems, promoting 7S workplace organization methodology;
5、審核產線報表、記錄、單據等，確保記錄和數據的及時、真實、可靠；
5. Verify production reports, records and documentation to ensure timely, accurate and reliable data;
6、落實公司各項安全生產制度，開展安全檢查及安全教育；
6. Implement corporate safety protocols, conduct safety inspections and provide safety training;
7、完成上級領導交辦的其他任務。
7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學歷，理工類（機械電子/物理/化學）等相關專業；
1.Bachelor
s degree or higher in STEM fields(mechanical electronics/physics/chemistry) or related;
2、3年以上電子/半導體封裝/汽車制造/自動化設備類大型制造業生產經理工作經驗，有臺資/日資企業生產管理經驗者優先；
2.3+ years
electronic/semiconductor packaging/automotive manufacturing/automation equipment large-scale manufacturing production manager experience, Taiwanese/Japanese enterprise production management experience is preferred;
3、熟悉精益生產管理、運營管理、成本控制等相關工作流程；
3.Familiar with lean production management, operation management, cost control and other related workflow;
4、具備良好的計劃、組織、協調、創新等管理能力。
4.Excellent planning, organization, execution and communication ability.
