Job Responsibility 崗位職責： 1.Be responsible for the mechanical design and development of the fluidic system for the new flow products. 負責流式相關產品的液路系統的機械設計和開發。 2.Assist in the design and development of fluidic system. 協助完成液路系統的設計和開發工作。 3.Drive the projects from the feasibility status to the production status and be responsible for thedetailed design and verification 將項目從可行性階段引入到生產階段，并參與各個階段的設計及驗證 4.Develop solutions while meeting the requirement on the instruments for lab Research use only orFDAVCFDAVCE-IVA clinical medical 制定解決方案符合實驗室科研設備或是 FDA/CFDA/CE-IVD 臨床醫療設備要求 5.Be capable of debugging and figuring out the root cause of the failure resulting from the fluidicssystem and propose the solutions for improvement. 能夠分析由于液路系統原因導致的性能失效及可靠性問題，對問題產生的原因進行快速定位并給出相應的解決措施及設計改進意見 6.echnical support to souring, manufacturing, quality and other departments 對采購、制造、質量等其他跨職能部門提供技術支持Drive 7.technology and products innovation 敢于嘗試新技術，進行產品創新 8.Other tasks which need support. 其他需要支持的任務 Qualification 任職資格 Functional Knowledge 職能知識: 1.Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities 要求掌握自己學科擴大的概念知識并拓展能力 2.Have some experience in fluidics desian with at least 1 vears of work experience of fluidicssystem, lVD medical device development experience is preferred. 具有一定的液路系統設計經驗，至少1年的液路系統工作經驗，有ID醫療設備開發經驗者優先 3.Knowledge and experience on DFMEA is preferred. 有DFMEA經驗者優先 4.Capable in reading and writing English,fluent verbal communication is preferred. 能用英文進行讀寫，能流利進行口頭溝通者優先 Education & Experience學歷與經驗: 1.Bachelor's degree in field with 2+ years exp.OR Master's degree in field with 0-2 years exp 本科學歷并且有 2年以上相關經驗，或者碩士學歷并且有 0-2年相關經驗 2.Fluid or Mechanical Engineering related education background流體或機械工程相關教育背景
