Training Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with OCM and project teams to identify training needs based on change impact assessments.
Define training objectives, delivery methods (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led, workshops), and success metrics.
Create a training plan with timelines, resources, and budget considerations.
Training Content Development
Design Training Curriculum (for TTT and EUT) with expected training logistics’ requirement.
Support the Design and develop training materials (user guides, e-learning modules, videos, FAQs, job aids)
Ensure content is tailored to different audience segments (end-users, managers, executives).
Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate accuracy and relevance.
Responsible for Training materials’ language translations /validation(English to Chinese)
Incorporate change messaging to reinforce why the change is happening and its benefits.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Conduct training sessions (in-person or virtual) for employees and stakeholders.
Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and local champions to ensure consistent delivery.
Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other digital platforms for scalable training.
Adapt training methods based on feedback and evolving needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Partner with OCM and project teams to align training with broader change communication efforts.
Engage leaders and managers to reinforce training messages and drive adoption.
Address concerns and resistance by integrating feedback into training improvements.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Measure training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and KPIs (e.g., completion rates, knowledge retention).
Identify gaps and refine training programs to enhance engagement and adoption.
Report on training progress and impact to project sponsors and leadership.
Change Adoption Support
Provide post-training support (e.g., refresher courses, help desks, coaching).
Work with OCM teams to reinforce behavioral changes and sustain adoption.

Strong instructional design and adult learning principles.
Experience with change management methodologies
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in e-learning tools and LMS platforms.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
學歷英語:
1. Bacholor or Master and more than 5 years working experiences
2. Big-impact project management experiences
3. Good spoken and written of English.
4. ERP project experiences or spin-off activities experiences is plus

根據反饋和不斷變化的需求調整培訓方法。
利益相關者參與和溝通
與OCM和項目團隊合作,將培訓與更廣泛的變革溝通工作相結合。

學歷英語:
1.本科或碩士學歷,5年以上工作經驗
2.具有重大影響的項目管理經驗
3.英語聽說讀寫良好。
4.有ERP項目經驗或分拆活動經驗者優先
