汽車測試整車試驗
Job Responsibilities：
1.Responsible for vehicle test, both coordination and execution;
2.Responsible for reliability & durability test, both in proving ground and on public road;
3.Support for climate (summer, winter, high altitude) test planning and coordination;
4.Failure diagnose (HW & SW) and documentation, basic failure cause analysis;
5.Chinese customer usage correlation research;
6.Coordinate with testing service supplier.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or related;
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in OEM or test service supplier, for heavy duty truck or passenger car;
3. Vehicle level testing experience, either coordination or execution;
4. Experience with playing a role in big projects in the automotive industry;
5. Good communication with stakeholders from different areas;
6. Fluent English skill, written and oral (daily communication with global teams.);
7. Good understanding about reliability growth test ,durability test, and homologation test;
8. Driving license for passenger car is a must, B2 or above license is plus. Good driving skill, willing to evaluate vehicles by driving them;
9. Hands on, very good motivation, team work.
