Minimum 4~5 years of working experience. Key Responsibilities: ? Review stock transfer requisitions and generate stock transfer orders to position products across multiple shipping locations (warehouses, manufacturing sites) and monitor stock transfer movement status and exceptions (STO Alerts). ? Review SO alerts and exception messages raised by CSR in SAP. Communicate resolution and / or assign owner. ? Coordinate with warehousing and logistics teams to review inbound and outbound capacities, analyze and resolve delivery/ transportation related issues ? Coordinate and assist supply planner on any deviations from the plan and resolving exceptions to manage demand fluctuation and mismatches of supply and demand ? Review and recommend cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize current product distribution network parameters ? Extend material / transfer price to requested location to ensure delivery for new grades ? Stay up to date with safety requirements and regulations KPIs: ? On Time Shipment ? STO KPIs ( LT adherence, postponement) ? Inventory DOH (new add)
