Taking into account the changes and development of the industry policy and access environment, as well as Pfizer's business strategy development goals, through forward-looking policy acumen and insights on innovative access, systematic strategic thinking skills, and cross-team collaboration, able to develop strategies and goals for local innovative market access projects, including CSMIs, and other innovative projects, and ultimately deliver high quality project results , to continuously improve patient accessibility and availability of Pfizer's innovative products. The workplace is based in Shanghai. Position Responsibilities ● Responsible for following up the CSMI projects in each province and city, cooperating with cross-functional teams, combining with Pfizer and BU strategic objectives, developing the strategy and target of CSMI, maximizing the access of the target products in CSMIs. ● With the development of the multi-level medical insurance system in China , gain timely insight into the new policy trends in each province to assess and forecast the business impacts, continue to explore the model of innovative access in each province, and formulate relevant strategies and landing programs to continuously enhance the accessibility and availability of Pfizer's innovative products to patients, and enable Pfizer to play an active role in the improvement of the multi-level medical insurance system in each province. ● Overall planning and building projects advocating for local innovation access policies, building sustained and trusted strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, building high quality and sustainable platforms, leading the continuous optimization of innovation access environments. ● Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the effective implementation of regional market access strategies and programs. ● Work closely across teams to coordinate the effective implementation and delivery of regional market access strategies and programs. ● Actively participate in pharmaceutical industry activities and create a conducive external environment for the industry and Pfizer's development through platforms such as RDPAC and other associations. ● Strictly adheres to the compliance policy and ensures that all work is done with compliance.
