物流工藝規劃顧問，地點：北京
您的職責：
?您將負責在相關生產區域進行現場檢查，并為我們在汽車和供應商行業的客戶準備流程記錄。 ?您的任務將包括分析所考慮的生產流程及其同步。 ?您將研究優化和合理化生產流程的可能性，并接管產能計算，以進行產能的優化設計。 ?您還將負責舉辦KAIZEN研討會。
任職要求：
?機械工程、生產工程、工業工程或類似技術課程的學位，并獲得（第一）專業經驗。有汽車行業實際工作經驗者優先。 ?此外，具備生產計劃和精益生產領域的分析和評估實用知識，并輔以工作準備、工藝規劃或材料和生產控制方面的知識。 ?理想情況下，已經具備應用常見工業工程工具的實踐經驗。 ?熟悉MS Office、CAD和CATIA ?需要有很強的團隊和溝通能力，有主見，有很高的應變能力和靈活性。
?優秀的溝通和表達能力，包括快速理解和積極傾聽，良好的團隊合作精神。
?能夠在復雜的項目任務中獨立與客戶合作，并在國際項目團隊中工作。
?流利的普通話和商務英語（書寫和口語），懂其他語言，尤其是德語者優先。 ?base地在北京。

Logistics Process Planning Consultants (f/m/d)
Location: Beijing
Are you ready for the transformation that creates success? Then become a driving force and a pioneer in our team and help us develop innovative solutions for our clients!
We can count on you here:
?You will be responsible for carrying out on-site inspections in the relevant production areas as well as for preparing process records for our customers in the automotive and supplier industry.
?Your tasks will include the analysis of the considered production process and its synchronization.
?You will examine the possibilities for optimizing and rationalizing the production process and take over the capacity calculation for the optimum design of the production capacities.
?You will also be responsible for conducting KAIZEN workshops.
This is how you convince us:
?You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or a similar technical course of studies and gained (first) professional experience. Practical experience in the automotive industry is an advantage for this position.
?In addition, you have practical knowledge of analysis and evaluation in the area of production planning and lean production, complemented by knowledge of work preparation, process planning or material and production control.
?Ideally, you already have practical experience in the application of common industrial engineering tools.
?You are familiar with MS Office, CAD & CATIA
?You are characterized by strong team and communication skills, assertiveness, high resilience and flexibility.
?Excellent communication and expression skills, including quick understanding and active listening, as well as good teamwork spirit.
?Capable of independently collaborating with clients in complex project tasks and working within international project teams.
?Fluent Mandarin and Business English (written and spoken), with proficiency in other languages, especially German, given priority.
?Based in Beijing.
