崗位職責:
The Non Financial Risk (NFR) plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management.
The NFR achieves this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the bank's control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risk and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management.
This role is a Assistant Manager position in Global WPB Non-financial Risk Utility team supporting Operational Resilience programme in different markets. Operational Resilience requires a need to build strong relationships and establish strong collaboration with key stakeholders, including businesses, operations, IT, Third Party, Business Continuity and Incident Management etc. The role will support the delivery of Operational Resilience implementation and business as usual activities in line with regulatory requirements, the Group's guideline and business priorities.
To support AMH WPB Business Service Owners (BSO) on Important Business Services (IBSs) in Operational Resilience (OR) Programme. You will act as a focal point of coordination with different stakeholders and assist in drafting OR artefacts for review and signoff by BSO.
1. Assist the BSO to refresh the IBS artefacts on annual cycle or by trigger events (e.g. post-incident review, significant business changes, new regulatory requirement etc.);
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. Process Owner, Third Party Engagement Manger, IT Service Owner, global mapping team) to ensure the IBS artefacts are up-to-date;
3. Tracking the remediation plan of Business Vulnerabilities and Technology Vulnerabilities;
4. Coordinate the Scenario Testing with BCIM team and key stakeholders;
5. Support BSOs on their Quarterly Self-assessment and Annual Self-assessment, obtain their sign-off and risk steward's comment;
6. Ensure all IBS artefacts are adhere to global Operating Instructions and procedures, also to ensure the data quality on ARIS and BSO dashboard is accurate;
7. Prepare MI for the BSO Governance Meeting, co-ordintate with relevant stakeholders to obtain inputs, arrange pre-meeting with Business, IT and Operation for material incident;
8. Follow up with 2LoD and 3LoD queries and challenges;
9. Support global landscape for Operational Resilience programme activities.
任職要求:
1. University graduate;
2. Possess working experience from a banking/financial institution, familiar with HSBC products and business services;
3. Experienced in liaising with internal/external business partners;
4. Good command of written and spoken English as well as Cantonese;
5. Basic knowledge in Non-Financial Risk (NFR).
6. Ability to work agile and experience in project management with good deliverables;
7. Experience in IT incident management / Third Party management / Business Continuity Management? is a plus.
