  • 識別并上報可能影響客戶的潛在問題或趨勢。
  • 向客戶提供實時人工預警內容和數據明細，包括國內外新聞媒體、社交媒體、論壇等多渠道信息
  • 參與輿情監測流程的優化和改進，提出合理化建議，提高工作效率和準確性。
  • 與客戶保持密切溝通，了解客戶的具體需求和反饋。
任職資格：
  • 本科學歷，擁有傳播學、新聞學、公共關系或相關領域專業優先。
  • 精通英語，包括書面和口頭表達。
  • 1-3年相關工作經驗，有輿情監測、市場研究、數據分析或媒體監控經驗者優先
  • 能夠在快節奏的工作環境中保持高效和準確。
  • 具備責任心和敬業精神，能夠獨立完成任務并確保工作質量
  • 24/7輪班制，確保輿情監測的連續性和及時性
    We are seeking dedicated Alerting Analysts. The candidate will be responsible for providing timely manual alerts to help our clients stay ahead of potential issues. This role requires excellent English proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Key Responsibilities: ? Identify and escalate potential issues or emerging trends that could impact our clients. ? Provide real-time manual alerts and detailed reports to stakeholders. ? Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring processes and tools. Qualifications: ? A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. ? Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. ? Prior experience in manual alert or a similar field is advantageous. ? The ability to work effectively in a 24/7 shift rotation, including weekends and holidays. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. ? Familiar with mainland and overseas media, social media, and monitoring tools.
