? Be familiar with critical position’s competency and competency application
? Know well organizational behavior and understand well position setting methods and principles
? Lead related HR project effectively
? Be excellent at presentation, communication, coaching, planning and organizing ability
? Be good at conversational English and written reports
職責:
1. Equip workforce with the necessary skills to meet current and future job requirements.
A) Develop annual L&D plan in terms of training needs analysis
B) Make one China L&D needs process including template design and consolidate needs from each site in China
C) Design L&D programs and methods that can be used to enable the achievement of objectives and organizational change
D) Develop internal and external training resources and provide a range of referenced suppliers according to organization and HR quality criteria
E) Identify the training and development needs of employees in the light of, for example, legal requirements, necessary standards of competence, innovation, and professional skills
F) Make sure the available resources for a successful implementation
G) Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs with a view to continued improvement
H) Regularly review rules, tools, development actions, training programs to continuously meet the needs of the business
2. Approach to identify and develop future leaders who can fill critical roles
A) Implement Succession Planning as per company guide, On-the-Job education program
B) Cooperate with leaders and HRBP to recognize successors and high potential talents for identified key/critical roles
C) Roll out the IDP for Successors and high potential talents, and review what are their needs
D) Develop long-term learning programs for successors or high potentials
E) Drive employee engagement improvement and help leaders to build up an engaged team
3. Improve work quality and support business needs
A) Improve employee engagement, involving ensuring completion rate of engagement survey, action planning provided by the leaders and implementation
B) Coordinate with leaders and HRBPs to conduct probationary performance assessment for new employees
C) Make the reports about L&D plan and projects on time
D) Work as a facilitator for performance, Selecting the Best, Employee Engagement and Succession Plan
E) Improve L&D process to meet system requirement and customer audit on time
4) Leadership
A)Work to review the performance of team member and facilitate her skill development regularly
B) Use vision and the potential short- and long-term benefits in a way that encourage team member to take action
