涉及研發部門無人機項目的涉及較多的嵌入式開發工作,具體負責無人機的嵌入式系統開發,包括飛控系統、通信模塊、載荷控制系統等項目開發。
主要職責 / Key Responsibilities
1. 嵌入式系統開發 / Embedded System Development:設計、開發和優化無人機的實時嵌入式軟件,確保系統穩定高效。
Design, develop, and optimize real-time embedded software for drones, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
2. 飛控系統 / Flight Control System:開發并維護基于 PX4 / ArduPilot 的飛控固件,確保飛行穩定性。
Develop and maintain customized firmware based on PX4 / ArduPilot flight control systems for stable drone operations.
3. 載荷控制 / Payload Control:開發和優化絞盤系統、機械臂、云臺相機、環境傳感器等載荷的控制算法,確保精準操作。
Develop and optimize control algorithms for winch systems, robotic arms, camera gimbals, and environmental sensors to ensure precise operation.
4. 通信與數據傳輸 / Communication and Data Transmission:使用 4G/5G、Wi-Fi、LoRa 等通信模塊完成遠程通信開發,實現遠程控制和數據傳輸。
Develop communication modules using 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, and LoRa for remote drone and payload operation.
5. 伴飛計算機集成 / Companion Computer Integration:開發基于 Raspberry Pi / NVIDIA Jetson 的嵌入式應用,實現任務自動化和邊緣計算。
Work on Raspberry Pi / NVIDIA Jetson-based companion computers for onboard computing and task automation.
6. 傳感器集成 / Peripheral & Sensor Integration:調試并集成 IMU、LiDAR、GPS、熱成像相機、環境傳感器等,提高無人機的智能能力。
Debug and integrate sensors such as IMU, LiDAR, GPS, thermal cameras, and environmental sensors to enhance drone capabilities.
7. 硬件接口開發 / Hardware Interface Development:開發底層驅動,使用 UART、I2C、SPI、CAN 等協議連接飛控、載荷和執行機構。
Develop low-level drivers and manage communication via UART, I2C, SPI, and CAN protocols for flight controllers, payloads, and actuators.
8. 優化與功耗管理 / Optimization & Power Management:優化系統能效,減少功耗,提高無人機續航能力。
Improve system efficiency, optimize power consumption, and enhance drone endurance.
9. 測試與調試 / Testing & Debugging:編寫測試代碼,進行系統調試,優化無人機載荷控制系統的性能。
Write test code, perform debugging, and conduct performance evaluations for the embedded system and payloads.
特殊技能:
1. 無人機、機器人或自動駕駛開發經驗 / Experience in drones, robotics, or autonomous vehicles development.
2. 計算機視覺、AI 推理模型(YOLO、TensorRT)或實時圖像處理經驗 / Knowledge of computer vision, AI inference models (YOLO, TensorRT), or realtime image processing for drone applications.
3. Linux 設備驅動開發和實時調度優化經驗 / Experience in Linux device driver development and real-time scheduling.
4. 機電控制背景,特別是載荷操作相關經驗 / Background in mechatronics or actuator control, particularly in payload manipulation.
5. 具備通信與數據傳輸 4G/5G、Wi-Fi、通信模塊開發能力及遠程通信和控制相關經驗 / Communication and Data Transmission, Develop 4G/5G, Wi-Fi communication modules for remote drone and payload operation.
