崗位職責:
1. 公司網站管理:對接第三方服務公司,跟進網站(中英俄)日常更新、SEO優化、Googe 推廣、Yandex推廣跟進;負責粉絲互動,銷售線索跟進,中/俄語網站內容同步,百度SEO優化等;
Website management: manage company websites (CN/EN/RU) with third party vendors: SEO optimization (Google/Yandex/Baidu), Google and Yandex ads, user engagement;
2. 宣傳內容創作:負責撰寫公司宣傳文案,包括富有吸引力的原創視頻,產品貼,活動貼,善于把握和引導話題,轉化營銷點;
Content Development: create engaging content-videos, product/event posts, topic-driven campaigns.
3. 海外社媒運營:負責LinkedIn,Facebook,Instagram,Twitter,Tiktok等社媒的運營策劃,包括內容輸出,發布,粉絲互動,活動策劃,粉絲互動等,監測社媒數據并定期優化;
Social media operations: operate social media (LinkedIn/FB/IG/Twitter/TikTok): content planning, engagement, data analysis;
4. 銷售線索管理:各宣傳渠道銷售線索收集、分類與分配,跟進銷售轉化率;
Lead Management: Implement CRM workflows for lead scoring & assignment, monitor conversion rate;
5. 整合營銷協同:協助展會籌備、行業媒體合作、宣傳物料更新、內部宣傳等其他宣傳工作;
Integrated Marketing: support exhibitions, promotional materials and internal marketing communication.
6. 領導安排的其他工作。

任職要求:
1. 大專及以上學歷,市場營銷、國際貿易、英語或機械相關專業優先;
Education: Associate's degree in marketing, international business, English, mechanical engineering or equivalent;
2. 3年以上B2B制造業海外市場推廣經驗,熟悉海外社媒運營,網站SEO優化,有金屬加工、焊接技術領域經驗者優先;
Experience: 3+ years in B2B manufacturing overseas marketing; metalworking/welding industry experience a plus.
3. 優秀的文案創作與視頻剪輯能力,數據分析能力,熟悉平面設計,視頻剪輯,CRM等軟件或系統操作,;
Technical Competencies: strong copywriting, video editing, data analysis skills, experience in design/video tools, CRM systems;
4. 英語熟練,掌握俄語等語種優先。
Language: fluent English (Russian preferred).
