About the role
You will lead a high performing, multi-disciplinary team to deliver Transaction Management solutions to one of the largest JLL global corporate clients.
Managing a portfolio across Greater China, this position calls for a highly-energetic leader with excellent communication, portfolio management and client relationship management skills. Comfortable in working towards achieving performance targets, you will be responsible to deliver a range of possible real estate and workplace solutions to a client seeking both consistency and innovation that come from a closely-integrated partnership with JLL.
The role is responsible for team management and delivery of Transaction Management services across Greater China.
Critical responsibilities include (but not limited to):
? Provide leadership, establish a long-term strategic vision and be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of real estate transactions, including lease acquisitions, renewals and disposals.
? Be responsible for driving the Transaction Management team to achieve account savings and other KPI targets.
? Proactively identify process efficiencies, formulate and execute on implementation plans, followed by tracking and demonstrating results.
? Act as a “player-coach” by
o Managing the team:
? Acting as a point of escalation and coaching the team throughout the course of a transaction;
? People management – resource planning, performance management and talent acquisition/development;
? Financial management – ownership of the account P&L;
o Individually managing high-profile and/or complex transactions end-to-end:
? Managing broker delivery – ensuring best-in-industry advice and market data is being provided, high-quality client engagement, coaching brokers on negotiations and client engagement;
? Ensuring adherence to the established transaction process, tracking and reporting via regular cadenced meetings and tools;
? “Seeing around corners” – providing actionable advice on mitigation of anticipated risks/taking advantage of opportunities.
? Maintain ownership for managing client feedback/escalations.
? Cross-collaborate within a multi-function service delivery platform, building relationships and improving ways-of-working amongst other service lines.
? Actively participate in plan formation and implementation of the portfolio strategy.
? Be able to bring best practices, market research and analytics to enable the client to bring the best advice to their stakeholders.
? Bring the best of the JLL platform to the client by introducing new JLL products and services which may help the client achieve its business objectives.
? Understand the client’s key business drivers; focus the team to ensure those priorities are aligned with deliverables.
? Manage high level reporting on transactions and real estate using technology.
