To use commercial information and product knowledge to drive sales and other activity in the store using the internal tools provided 運用銷售策略信息，產品知識以及內部提供的工具來提升銷售 ? To have clear, timely and effective communication with Head Office depts., Product Managers, Regional Manager and/or HRBP and Commercial team and with the store overall with the relevant follow-ups 與公司各個部門：產品經理、人力資源業務伙伴、區域團隊保持及時和有效的溝通，并負責在門店跟進相關事宜 ? To manage conflict effectively respecting Company standards 根據公司標準管理顧客投訴和沖突 ? To give and receive constructive and honest feedback and criticism for/from people they work with in a positive manner and to use it for their own development and their team 提供與聆聽門店其他同事的反饋及建議，并能采納這些反饋用于團隊發展 ? To develop the team through performance reviews and Personal development plans with the relevant follow-ups 通過績效評估的方式來發展團隊，并為團隊成員制定相關提升計劃 ?
