1、協助項目經理制定和實施病理試驗計劃，負責協調春玉米區病理相關業務組織實施。 Assist managers in making and implementation of pathology plan, and coordinate the organization and implementation of pathology related business in spring corn region. 2、負責春玉米區病原物的純化培養和接種體的生產調運，協調病害接種試驗的開展，高效安全的組織季節工完成相關工作。 Be responsible for the inoculum production and dispatch. Be able to organize seasonal workers to complete the related tasks efficiently and safely. 3、追蹤春玉米區的病害發生動態，積極參與病害調查和數據收集，并與相關研究機構保持良好的聯系。 Track disease dynamic and actively participate in the disease data collection; keep good contact with related research institutions. 4、支持春玉米區各部門的病害識別診斷等病理專業需求。 Support the pathology professional needs for different functions inside company. 5、承擔春玉米區育種項目的部分工作。 Participate in parts of breeding activities in spring corn region. 6、育種站分配的日常工作。 Other tasks assigned by managers and daily operation of breeding station. 任職要求Requirements: 1、具有植物病理、作物遺傳育種等相關專業本科或碩士學歷。 Bachelor or Master Degree in Plant Pathology or related majors. 2、良好的溝通和人際交往能力，具備良好的團隊合作精神。 Excellent communication skills and team spirit. 3、可將英語作為工作語言進行一般口頭和書面交流。 Good skills in both writing and oral English. 4、吃苦耐勞，并愿意長時間在實驗室和田間工作以及必要的出差。 Be diligent and willing to work in the lab and field for long hours and accept the necessary travel in peak season. 5、熟練運用Office辦公軟件。 Be proficient in Microsoft office. 6、積極主動、學習能力強，并善于發現和解決問題。 Self-motivated，fast learner and good at finding and solving problems at work. 具備以下條件的應聘者將優先考慮 Candidates will be prioritized for： 1、駕照和3000公里以上的駕駛經驗。 Driving license plus more than 3,000km of driving experience. 2、作物尤其是玉米病害和遺傳育種研究背景。 Experiences or strong background of corn pathology.
