Deal with the customer quality issue and feedback the 8D report to customer; 負責處理客戶質量問題，并將8D報告反饋給客戶; 6. Deal with internal quality issue and ordinary relative department to do correction; 負責處理內部質量問題，并整改普通相關部門 7. Finish other task from Manager; 完成管理者布置的其他任務 8. Be responsible for 5S in working area. 負責工作區域5S Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 1. B.S. Degree in mechanical engineering or Automotive; 機械工程或汽車相關專業本科學歷 2. Minimum of 3 years experience in welding Quality Control; 三年以上汽車行業質量控制經驗 3. Excellent written and spoken English skills; 優秀的英語書面和口語能力 4. Knowledgeable in IATF 16949/VDA6.3 6.5, and expertise in internal audit; 熟悉IATF 16949/VDA6.3 6.5，具有內部審計方面的專業知識 5. Knowledgeable in 8D and other quality tools; 熟悉8D知識和其他質量工具 6. Good communication skill; 良好的溝通能力 7. Knowledgeable in manufacturing processes, especially press & welding process; 熟悉制造工藝，特別是沖壓和焊接工藝 8. Knowledgeable in GD&T and understand the drawing well. 精通GD&T，對圖紙有充分的了解
