Proven track record of at least 5 years management experience with a multi-National company, 8Year or above in metal-processing related industry. 5年以上跨國公司生產管理經驗，8年以上金屬加工相關行業工作經驗。 2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations-Management, or a related field. 教育背景要求：工程、運營管理或相關專業本科以上學歷。 3. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of manufacturing systems, lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and industry-standard certifications. 技術專長：熟悉精益生產，六西格瑪方法和行業標準認證有深入的了解。 4.
