Key Responsibilities: 主要職責： 1.Design and develop hydraulic systems for industrial machinery, including hydraulic power packs, integration of pumps, valves, cylinders, accumulators, and piping layouts. 研發設計工業設備的液壓系統，包括液壓動力部件、泵、閥門、氣缸、蓄能器和管道布局的集成。 2.Calculate and define all hydraulic components with the help of professional software, such as CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to validate hydraulic system performance. 借助專業軟件，如CFD（流體動力學），驗算并定義所有液壓元件，以驗證液壓系統性能。 3.Create detailed fluid schematics, technical documentation and part lists. 繪制詳細的流體原理圖、技術文檔和零件清單。 4.Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and control engineers to ensure seamless integration of hydraulic systems. 與機械、電氣和控制工程師合作，確保液壓系統的無縫銜接。 5.Conduct failure mode analysis (FMEA) and root-cause investigations for hydraulic system malfunctions. 對液壓系統故障進行失效模式分析（FMEA）并調查故障原因。 6.Optimize designs for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, adhering to ISO, DIN, or SAE standards. 根據ISO、DIN或SAE標準，優化設計以提高效率、可靠性和成本效益。 7.Support prototyping, testing, and field validation of hydraulic systems.協助液壓系統的原型機制造、測試和現場驗證。 8.Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., electro-hydraulic systems, smart hydraulics).及時了解新興技術（如電液系統、智能液壓）。
