崗位職責:
1、Liaise with customers ( generate quotation, order processing )
2、Make material planning for the customer and monitor incoming material and feedback to customer.
3、Prepare and release work order to arrange slitting in advance, to ensure the on-time delivery.
4、Liaise with suppliers ( purchase raw material as per sales request )
5、Daily communication with team and suppliers, adjust orders on difference situation.
6、Monitoring of inventory
7、 Providing information to upper line manager/executive
1、與客戶聯絡( 報價及客戶訂單處理)
2、 根據客戶需求預測,訂購材料, 監控后續進料,給到客戶及時反饋
3、 母卷進庫時, 提交裁切工單安排裁切, 及時安排出貨確??蛻舻臏蕰r交貨率。
4、 與供應商聯絡 ( 按需求采購原材料)
5、 與團隊和供應商進行日常溝通,根據不同情況調整訂單。
6、監控庫存
7、向上級經理提供相關信息
任職要求:
1. Diploma or bachelor degree in Business, trade or equivalent
2. MS Office, good English writing and speaking, excellent communication
3. Patient, detail oriented, good communication skill, customer - oriented , can be work under high pressure.
