? Must have 8+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Apps R12 Supply Chain
? Should have strong technical knowledge on PLSQL, UNIX
? Should have worked on production support projects
? Should be aware on support related activities (Ticket trend & status reporting tracking SLAs, ticket management etc.)
? Should have experience of leading team size of 10+ members
? Should have excellent analytical and inter personnel skills
? Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
