Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment. Ensure related equipment run smoothly. Trouble shooting when necessary.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement regular calibration and maintenance plan
Be responsible for daily maintenance and trouble shooting of production equipments
Inspect and diagnose equipment faults and malfunctions.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Manage spare parts, ensuring a safe inventory level and actively promoting localization of spare parts
Work closely with other departments to minimize equipment downtime.
Promote TPM activities. train line leaders and operators on machine safety, routine cleaning, and basic maintenance.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance processes and procedures.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Participate in the development of capital projects related to maintenance.
Conduct OEE improvement of important equipment to support DBS.
Collect quotes for maintenance and check technical effectiveness.
Create or adjust programs and/or parameters in the plants in cooperation with process engineer.
Responsible for maintenance and backup of equipment programs (such as backup and management).
Optimize the electrical and control components of old equipment.
Participate the selection, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of equipment for new projects.
Background & Skills
Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechatronics or automation or a related field.
Experience with power semiconductors washing machine, X-ray, AL wedge bonding equipment maintenance, such as KNS and HESSE is preferred.
Proficient in Siemens S7-1200/1500 PLCs, Mitsubishi PLCs, other mainstream PLCs; familiar with at least two types of robots from mainstream brands such as Omron, Kuka, ABB, and Epson.
Proficient in servo control system knowledge, familiar with servo drive systems from Siemens, Beckhoff, FESTO, and others, with experience in projects involving motion control cards and projects involving the control of servo motors using PLCs.
Have basic knowledge of vision systems, understand the composition and basic selection of AOI systems, and it is an advantage to be able to develop supervisory control systems using languages like C#.
Basic knowledgeable about database; familiar with mainstream fieldbus communications such as serial ports, PROFINET/BUS, Modbus, EtherCAT, etc..
Solid knowledge of electrical and circuit maintenance, be able to read and draw equipment circuit diagrams.
Knowledge of power semiconductors and power electronics technology is a plus.
Proficient in equipment TPM and spare parts management. Candidates with experience in semiconductor power equipment maintenance are preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent in writing and speaking English.
