>>>KeyResponsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain level 1,2,3 &4 Plans, fully constrained and resourced networks, including the levelling of work within agreed priorities, resource levels and targets
2. Assist with Information transfer between relevant business software and the planning software
3. Recognize and modify plans arising from the impact of variations -Assist with improvements in planning standards,procedures, processes, and systems
4. Advise and assist all users and sponsors of the plans, including process owners-Liaise with the engineering, construction groups with respect to progress
reporting
5. Assist with the preparation of periodic planning, progress reports -Ensure compliance with the work breakdown structure and coding
6. Assist in maintaining performance measures for productivity, rework and Policies and Procedures
7. Prepare and maintain level 1-4 baseline plans that support the compliance with CPEME Departments’ procedures
8. Work closely with Project Controls Manager and personnel to ensure plans and schedules are followed as per business requirements
9. Establish and maintain close interface & liaison with Engineering, Procurement and construction to develop the most logical and practical plans planning.

19. Analyze the variance and prepare the action plans -Review & Issue CPEME reports such as schedule performance report, variance report and periodic progress reports
20. Prepare presentations to the PSD, and senior management, and functional leads on monthly basis, highlighting the performance and major issues to be resolved
21. Review and issue other planning related reports that would be required by management
22. Monitor project performance reported by consultants,contractors and ensures that such reports accurately reflect actual performance and productivity
23. Attend regular monthly,weekly progress review meetings -Cover the duties and responsibilities of the Project Controls Manger whenever they are delegated
>>>Qualifications
1. Bachelor or equivalent degree in Engineering
2. Degree in Business Administration will be added advantage
3. Minimum 14+ years' overall relevant experience at least 5 years' experience desirable in Oil & Gas project environment
