Qualifications · Extensive experience in the fast fashion industry (minimum 5 years), with a strong focus on garment sourcing and manufacturing. · Proficiency in fabrics and garment pricing structures, including cost breakdowns. · Proven ability to negotiate effectively and build long-term partnerships with suppliers and clients. · Strong command of English, both spoken and written. · Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · A bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is substantial.
