崗位職責:
1.負責工廠相關行政工作落地實施,如食堂、保潔、車輛、宿舍等行政事務。
2.負責工廠行政接待工作,企業文化宣傳、相關會議及員工活動的策劃組織和實施工作。
3.負責本部門工作區域5S管理,保持工作現場干凈、整潔,按要求參加各類安全、質量活動。
4.負責工廠日常辦公用品的采購及管理工作,部門資產的管理工作。
5.負責相關員工年度體檢、職業健康體檢、健康證辦理等的組織協助工作。
6.根據公司政策制度,負責各項福利政策及福利活動的具體落地實施。
7.負責工廠行政相關供應商對接,各類行政費用統計、報銷和分析,SAP系統行政類PR的提報工作。
8.負責工廠食堂管理工作,日常運營溝通及問題解決,膳食委員會的管理,員工滿意度調查等,促進用餐改善及滿意度提升。
9.管理監督工廠清潔、綠化工作,根據對環境清潔及綠化工作的要求和標準,對相關人員進行培訓指導考核。
10.作為宿舍管理員,負責員工住宿相關手續辦理,協調住宿安排,檢查宿舍情況,收集員工意見并督促改善。
11.協助部門基礎性人事工作開展,包括但不限于招聘臺賬、人事系統基礎信息維護等。
12.完成上級領導交辦的其他工作。
任職要求:
1.學歷:本科及以上學歷,管理類相關專業;
2.經驗:3年以上行政相關工作經歷,具備制造業行業經驗者優先;
3.語言:英語聽說讀寫流利;
4.個人技能:

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the implementation of administrative work, including but
not limited to administrative affairs such as canteen, cleaning, vehicles, and
dormitory.
2. Responsible for administrative reception work, corporate culture
promotion, planning, organization and implementation of relevant meetings and
employee activities.
3. Responsible for the 5S management of the department's work area,
maintaining a clean and tidy work site, and participating in various safety and
quality activities as required.
4. Responsible for the procurement and management of daily office supplies
for the factory, as well as the management of departmental assets.
5. Responsible for organizing and assisting relevant employees in annual
physical examinations, occupational health examinations, and handling health
certificates.
6. Responsible for the implementation of various welfare policies and
welfare activities in accordance with company policies and systems.
7. Responsible for the factory's administrative supplier docking, various administrative expenses statistics, reimbursement and analysis, and the
submission of administrative PRs in the SAP system.
8. Responsible for the management of the canteen, daily operational
communication and problem solving, management of the meal committee, employee satisfaction surveys, etc., to promote dining improvements and enhance satisfaction.
9. Manage and supervise the cleaning and greening work of the factory, and
train, guide, and assess relevant personnel according to the requirements and
standards for environmental cleaning and greening work.
10.As a dormitory administrator, responsible for handling employee accommodation-related procedures, coordinating accommodation arrangements, inspecting dormitory conditions, collecting employee feedback,
and urging improvements.
11. Assist in the basic personnel work, including but not limited to recruitment accounting, maintenance of basic information in the personnel system, etc.
12. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor degree or above, Management related majors.
Work experience: At least 3 years of administrative work experience, with manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Language:Fluency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
Personal skill:
