此職位為短期代課老師崗位 崗位職責Job Duties： 1.激發學生的自信，建立同事之間的相互信任感 To motivate confidence of students and build up trust among colleagues 2.在教學實踐中和同事友好合作并能夠靈活的適應多語言的環境要求 To motivate confidence of students and build up trust among colleagues 3.在課堂中與同事互相配合不斷激發學生的學習熱情 To demonstrate team spirit through teaching activities and constantly motivate passion for learning among students 4.具有一定的分析能力，探索新的教學方法拓展學生的學習體驗 To demonstrate fair analytical skills and explore new teaching methods for expanded learning experiences 5.通過堅持不懈的自我學習，不斷提高自己的職業素養與教學能力 Continued self-learning for professional and teaching skill enhancement 6.在當地社會以及其它國際化的環境中推廣學校的價值觀 To promote and advocate school’s values within local and international community 任職要求 Requirements： 1.本科及以上學歷，3年以上工作經驗，持教師資格證書； Bachelor and above degree with 3+ years related experience. Holding Teacher’s Certification 2.有相關學科的教學經驗； Teaching experience for primary/secondary school relevant subjects 3.有中級或高級職稱的老師優先； Preferable Medium/Senior Professional Title 4.如有國際學校教學經驗者優先; Preferable teaching experience with international schools
