• Preparation of monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting for operations,commercial, and finance.為運營、商務及財務部門準備月度財務分析報告以及臨時財務分析報告。

Develop, monitor, and manage the site budgets; provide variance analysis and implement corrective actions as needed. 制定、監控和管理工廠預算；提供差異分析，并根據需要采取糾正措施。

• Analyse financial results through the close process to identify key performance drivers and opportunities. 通過結賬流程對財務結果進行分析，以確定關鍵績效驅動因素和潛在機會。

Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities; monitor and control operational expenses. 識別并實施節約成本的機會；監控和控制運營費用。

• Analysing the financial data of the site and being the primary point of contact for the Operations,Finance, and Accountancy Organizations. 分析工廠的財務數據，并作為與運營部門、財務部門以及會計機構溝通的主要聯絡人。

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies; manage audits and internal controls. 確保遵守財務法規和公司政策；管理審計工作和內部控制。 Develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic decision-making. 制定財務預測和預估方案，以支持戰略決策。 Collaborate with site leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives. 與工廠管理層合作制定并執行符合業務目標的財務戰略。 Utilize financial systems and tools to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy. 運用財務系統和工具來提高報告的效率與準確性。

• Continuous improvement in processes, including conversion to more automated processes. 持續改進流程，包括向更自動化的流程轉變。

Requirements:基本要求 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. 擁有會計學、金融學或相關領域的學士學位；擁有注冊會計師（CPA）或同等資質證書者優先。 Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. 至少有 5 年以上財務管理工作經驗，有制造業或工業領域工作經驗者優先 Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards. 對財務法規、會計原則和報告標準有深入的了解。 Proven ability to communicate and present solutions at a senior management level. 具備向高級管理層溝通并展示解決方案的可靠能力。 · Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines and possess a high level of flexibility and a strong ability to lead and manage change. 有在緊迫的期限內完成工作的能力，具備高度的靈活性，同時擁有很強的領導能力和推動變革的能力。 Proven ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. 具備獨立工作的能力，同時也能很好地融入團隊并開展工作。 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 具備出色的分析、解決問題和決策能力。

Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. 熟練使用財務軟件以及微軟辦公軟件套裝。 Fluent in both Chinese and English. 中英文流利。
