Product Development & Design · Lead the development and design of automotive tubing products (e.g., fuel pipes, brake lines, coolant hoses) to meet industry standards and customer requirements. · Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, production, quality, procurement) to drive projects from concept to mass production. 2. Technical Support & Problem-solving · Provide on-site technical support for production lines, resolve technical issues during manufacturing, and optimize process parameters. · Analyze customer feedback to drive product improvement and cost optimization. 3. Testing & Validation · Develop and execute product testing plans to ensure performance, reliability, and safety compliance. · Prepare test reports and technical documentation for certification purposes. 4.
