三、Teaching Responsibilities教學責任

? Supports student with assigned tasks and class work, reinforcing concepts presented by the teacher, as determined through interventions outlined on the individual learning plan.協助學生完成指定的任務和課堂活動,以強化老師講解的概念。

四、Communication有效溝通
? Communicates directly with the homeroom teacher(s) to whom they are assigned.直接向所分配的班主任老師(們)報告。
? May act as a translator when communicating with students and/or parents.在與學生或家長溝通時,充當翻譯。
? Communication regarding the student’s performance is the responsibility of the homeroom teacher. The LA is not to report to parents how a child is performing at school, unless directed to by the homeroom teacher through a specific means (such as a data collection tool).Communication with the student’s parents must always be professional in manner and through school issued technology/email. All communication with the student’s parents should include the homeroom teacher. 五、Professional Development職業發展
? Attend professional development opportunities provided by the school.參加學校提供的職業培訓機會。

? Seek out additional individual professional development as needed and work with direct supervisor to arrange as able based on funding.根據需要尋求額外的個人職業發展,并與直接領導合作,根據經費情況進行安排。
六、Collaboration 相互協作
? Collaborate with the homeroom teacher, student support team members, and members of the grade level team.與所分配的老師及該年級組成員協同合作。
? Collaborate with other members of the PYP and school community, when required. ? Implements interventions and strategies to support the individual student's established goals as on an individual basis or within a group based on the Individual Learning Plan.根據學生的個人學習計劃,實施干預措施和策略,以支持個別學生的既定目標,以個人為基礎或在小組內進行。
? Initiates and assists with the preparation of specialized teaching aids and materials in collaboration with the student’s homeroom teacher, and/or Student Support Team.與學生的班主任老師和/或學生支持小組合作,發起并協助準備專門的教具和材料。
? After appropriate training, carries out the recommendations provided by consultants (e.g.,occupational therapist, physiotherapist, speech/language pathologist).經過適當的訓練后,實施由咨詢老師(如:職業治療師、物理治療師、言語/語言病理學家)提供的建議。
