● Overall responsibility of contract.
跟蹤項目和行動,包括合同交付,設計進度,生產進度,付款,包括信用證,合同變更,合同修改,船廠進度,擔保索賠和取消。
● Follow up of projects and actions with respect to contracted deliverables, design schedule , production schedule, payments including LC, Contract changes, Contract amendments, shipyard schedule, guarantee claims and cancellations.
負責啟動會議后的技術訂單規范(TOS
● Responsible for Technical order specification (TOS) after kick-off meeting
負責報告合同交付物的重大偏差
● Responsible for reporting any major deviations regarding contracted deliverables
負責與客戶有關項目的所有溝通。
● Responsible for all communication with customers regarding projects.
負責就可交付成果、范圍、交付時間和取消進行談判
● Responsible that negotiations are carried out regarding change in deliverables, scope, delivery time, and cancellations
負責在需要時暫停項目,并根據商定的程序重新啟動和報告
● Responsible for putting projects on hold if required and reactivate and reporting according to agreed procedures
與部門經理協商后,負責批準項目的額外費用,如空運費用
● Responsible for approving any additional costs on project, such as air freight after consultation with line manager
處理保修索賠,從接收到提供技術建議和訂購維修和備件。
● To handle warranty claims from receiving to giving technical advice and ordering service and spare parts.
