Formally established in June 2022, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou)(HKUST(GZ)) is a cooperatively-run university between the Chinese mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Smart Manufacturing Thrust Area (SMMG) focuses on Computer-Integrated manufacturing with high levels of adaptability and agile design optimizations, digital information and data analytics to promote more flexible technology productivity. Our thrust area aims at developing and integrating interoperable systems, multi-scale dynamic modeling and simulation, intelligent automation, multi-axis machining and additive manufacturing processes, dynamic manufacturing process detection technologies and other fundamental research involving smart manufacturing.
Duties
The appointee will provide support in administrative support in the Smart Manufacturing Thrust, Systems Hub, HKUST(GZ). The main duties include but not limited to the followings:
1. Handling reimbursement and procurement matters for the academic research groups within the Thrust.
2. Providing administrative support for the academic research groups within the Thrust.
3. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor/professors.
工作職責:
1. 處理并推進學域各課題組的財務報銷及采購事務;
2. 為學域各課題組提供行政支持;
3. 主管/課題組教授分配的其他臨時事務;
任職要求:
Qualification Requirements
1. Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree, and those with relevant experience in reimbursement or procurement will be given preference.
2. Must have a certain level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
3. Should demonstrate strong teamwork spirit and communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
資格要求:
1. 申請人應具備本科學士學位,具有財務或采購相關工作經驗者優先考慮。
2. 具有一定的英文書面和口語表達能力;
3. 擁有良好團隊合作精神與溝通能力,高度責任感并注重細節;
This is a Labor dispatch position, and the appointee will be assigned to HKUST(GZ) in accordance with Mainland labor laws and regulations. The starting salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
