崗位職責： -與項目團隊和項目經理合作，負責工程&技術文件的翻譯（中-英）。 -負責與制造商和客戶以及工程公司的溝通，并為所有相關方創建統一的（中-英）文件。 -按照項目內容的要求，保存記錄并整理所有文件。 -參加技術會議，并為外國客戶和中國制造商進行翻譯。 -負責與外國客戶和當地供應商之間的電子郵件往來。 -主動保持與項目經理和翻譯團隊的溝通。 -獨立地計劃和整理文件。 -按時完成項目經理或其他部門布置的工作任務。 任職要求： -英語或其他相關專業本科及以上學歷，專業英語8級及以上。 -優秀的翻譯能力和中英文轉換能力。 -至少有2年及以上在國際項目中擔任項目助理，文件管理員,項目翻譯或類似職位的經驗，主要是在工程，EPC，機械設備，能源部門等領域。有參與過國際石油化工項目的工作經驗者優先。 -有海外工作經驗的優選人具備優勢。 -熟練掌握Word，Excel，Adobe PDF編輯器和其他相關軟件。 -參與過國際石油化工項目的大型實習的設備的翻譯者優先。 -有耐心，責任心，良好的團隊合作精神。 關于北京楓華 FMT Job Responsibilities： - Responsible for engineering & technical documents (CHN-ENG) in cooperation with the project team and project manager. - Responsible for communicating with both Manufacturers and Clients, as well as the Engineering company and create unified CHN-ENG documents for all parties involved. - Keep the record and organize all the documents as per project requirements. - Attend in technical meetings and translate the meeting content for both foreign clients and Chinese manufacturers in English and Chinese. - Responsible for email correspondence between with foreign clients and local suppliers. - Proactively maintain communication with the project manager and translation team. - Independently plan and organize files. - Complete work assignments from the project manager or other departments on time. Job Requirements： - Bachelor degree or above in English or other related majors, professional English level 8 or equivalent. - Excellent translation skills and ability to convert between Chinese and English. - At least 2 years experience as project assistant, document controller, project translator or similar positions at international projects mainly in the field of Engineering, EPC, Machinery & Equipment, Energy sector etc. Work experience with Chinese companies involved in international petrochemical projects is highly preferred. - Candidates with overseas work experience have advantage. - Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe PDF editor and other related software. - Participation in the translation of large-scale machinery and equipment for international petrochemical projects is preferred. - Patient, responsible, and a good team player.
