關于我們: 2015年11月,美國辦公室于加州San Jose注冊,搭建團隊并開始運營。四年時間內它在中國北京,德國漢堡分別建立了新的分支,將美洲,亞洲,歐洲市場進行同步開發與銜接。2019年8月,在新的戰略發展要求下,三個分支機構共同完成了業務整合與組織架構調整,統歸集團公司管理。公司長期致力于將客戶商業戰略相結合助力客戶公司實現優化發展,推動客戶行業地位快速提升.在未來的十年內,福睿思特會持續在全球多個城市開設辦公室,便于面對面服務世界各地的客戶。工作職責: 1.了解客戶需求,專注于行業中高端候選人尋訪工作,掌握訪尋標準,明確尋訪方向和目標公司2.服務合作中客戶,開發潛在的客戶資源,與意向客戶簽約合作合同 3.根據企業客戶需求,按照公司標準操作標準,通過各種渠道尋訪人選,協助顧問甄選推薦人選,協調安排客戶面試、協調背景調查、薪酬談判及上崗輔助 4.積累豐富的行業候選人資源,與候選人保持良好溝通,候選人入職前、中、后的跟蹤服務,并為候選人提供相應的中長期職業發展規劃 5.密切關注行業人才信息,與客戶和候選人保持良好關系,了解市場動態,尋找和挖掘業務信息,進行業務拓展 6.及時更新數據庫,完成直線領導交給的其他工作協助進行Offer談判、簽署、以及背景調查等工作 7.完成月底工作考核,達成績效考核目標。任職要求: 1本科及以上學歷,(海外留學背景優先)英語可作為工作語言2.擁有成熟的客戶群體,可以為海外團隊提供優質客戶資源及后續維護 3.對人力資源行業有熱情,有相關人力,咨詢顧問式銷售工作經驗優先,較好的語言溝通表達能力,思維邏輯,分析能力 4.堅毅,自知,商業思維俱佳. 5.有個人明確的中長期職業規劃,認同公司的企業文化,價值觀。工作形式:Home-base居家辦公薪資福利: 1薪資結構:基本工資+績效工資+項目提成(40%-70%) 2五險一金:全額繳納比例,公積金按照12%比例繳納 3遠程居家辦公彈性的工作時間 4雙休,年假,國家法定帶薪假期,生日及節日禮品福利
