崗位職責:
Job Description:
1.In charge of electrical design of equipment.
2.Make and debug program of PLC, HMI and other related devices.
3.Strictly execute projects
schedule and quality requirement.
4.Detail design according to project requirement, and standard sourcing.
5.Involve in project meeting, i.e.kick-off, FMEA weekly meeting.
6.Prepare a solution that will meet or exceed the customer
s specification.
7.Initiative report to Electrical Head and PM weekly about project status progress.
8.Explain circuit drawing, function and key point before assembly (PFMEA).
9.Assist production department with assembly, debugging, installation and after sales services.
10.Perform other duties as supervisor assigned.
11.ISO implement.
崗位說明：
1.按照非標設備的制造流程和工藝要求，設計電氣控制系統。
2.編寫并調試PLC，HMI和其他相關設備的運行程序。
3.嚴格執行項目的進度要求和質量要求，準時、優質地完成相關工作。
4.根據項目預算配制電氣控制元件。
5.參加項目會議，如開工會議和周會等。
6.根據客戶需求提供一個解決方案。
7.主動向電氣主管和項目經理匯報項目的進度。
8.在裝配之前向技術員解釋電氣圖紙，功能及關鍵點。
9.協助生產部門進行裝配、調試、安裝以及售后服務事項。
10.履行部門主管安排的其他工作。
11.ISO執行。
任職要求:
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering.
2.Skilled at Siemens
3.Familiar with Siemens (S7-200&300), AB, Omron, Schneider (at least on kind of PLC), have at least 2 years related experience.
4.Familiar with E-plan drawing software.
5.3 years related experience.
6.Innovation competence, strong team spirit and results-oriented.
7.Good English communication abilities like listening, speaking, reading and writing.
要求：
1.大學本科及以上，電氣自動化及相關專業，熟悉電氣控制常用元件的特性。
2.熟練使用Siemens
3.掌握AB，Omron，Beckhoff，其中至少一種PLC并有2年以上開發經驗。
4.熟悉E-plan繪圖軟件。
5.3年相關工作經驗。
6.創新精神、優秀的團隊合作能力，注重追求結果。
7.基本的英語溝通能力。
